Strange, is it not, that Bishop Fellay would appoint to the central operations of SSPX a man who received his formation at one of only six 'religious' schools that were allowed to operate in the East German State, first by the Soviets and then by the German Democratic Republic ?

This is my thinking on the entire affair. Bishop Fellay has taken too drastic of a theological/political turn without some sort of external factor. Sadly, it seems the SSPX has been thoroughly infiltrated at the top, and the disease has spread to many (most?) of the rank and file priests. I simply cannot assist at their Masses or provide any financial support until the infiltrators are unmasked and a new leadership takes hold.
