I can only speak as a lay man, but there is something psychological that has to be going on here that affects all clerics. Doesn't matter if they are Novus Ordo, Trad, Sede, SSPX. 

We all know the theology of indelible mark on the soul of a priest, but I think that there is something psychological makes priests defend other priests no matter the crime or perversion. Because of their unique status among men and their small number. They feel they must protect their priesthood at all costs. Once a priest, they must remain a priest. This is false, because there are crimes that deserve laicization and there is the question of whether some men had a vocation in the first place.

The second problem, is that priests don't seem to grasp the truth that ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ men have no vocation to the prieshood. It's an automatic impediment. God did not want them to be priests and they never should have been ordained.

Yes, and it's called fallen human nature, which we are all affected by, whether cleric, layman, monastic, etc.

It might do well for you to ask every priest that you meet as to whether or not he is a ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ. That might help you to feel more comfortable in the presence of a Catholic priest. Some of us, however, are not going to assume that every (or most) SSPX priests are sodomites.
