    • I received an appeal from Fr. Rostand today asking for me to share SSPX.org emails with my friends in an effort to gather 3,500 new subscribers within the next week.

    The claim was thus:

    • They need to shore up the numbers to take to Rome.  Too many old timers are not going along.  

    Don't forget the offer comes with a discount reward.  I wish I was kidding but I expect the next offer to be a free trip to Rome to witness the first Mass of Bishop Fellay and BXVI together - a concelebration of the N.O - for unity's sake.

    Tele has the most critics at 107, a number to which I can only aspire.  I will try harder.

    I downthumbed you because your comment about Bishop Fellay concelebrating a N.O was both childish and adds nothing to the conversation.

    I'm seeing that knee-jerk hysterics seem to be the favorite arguing method of the anti- "accordistas."

    Speaking of childish and hysterical, I've noticed that the most unpleasant, abusive posters are the rabid Fellay supporters.  Most are devoid of any charity at all, yet make that accusation against others.  Look in the mirror.

    If you can't see events happening in front of your own eyes then no one here can help you.

    I'm generally not in favor of banning people for differences of opinion but a few people here are really pushing it.  Matthew is very patient.

    You know, so they can read the TRUTH about what's going on and all...


    It would be even better if someone (like me if I had time) could write a "FAQ" or "reader's digest" version of what's gone on so far, with links, references, the main arguments laid out, etc.

    What is going to happen then?

    I mean, what happened last time Benedict XVI tried to pull a fast one?

    If the facts of history are something we ought to learn from, the day that Fellay and
    Benedict "concelebrate" something is the day anyone trying to avoid serious
    injury or even death should avoid being anywhere near that site, even if it's in
