Other than Our Mother of Perpetual Help, in Santa Clara, CA is the SSPX serving any independently run chapels ?

From the neo-SSPX's history of independent chapel take-overs, it seems their business model doesn't allow for independent, lay run chapel operations.  This violates their cash-flow franchise rules :jester:

Last I heard, they've been offering Mass at the Jacksonvlle, Fl chapel of St. Michael the Archangel since the ex-Resistance priest got ran off for improprieties with a married male. They are temporarily offering Masses at that independent chapel while the property deed remains in the hands of parishioners, I believe.

I believe St Michaels in De Pere Wisconsin (Fr Bolduc's Chapel) fits that definition.

Yes, of course they are, it is the standard practice during the courtship process, where the SSPX is attempting to get a free chapel turned over to them.
