  • I haven't followed the Latin Mass Magazine in 20+ years, so not sure, but a brief bio is offered here (which makes no mention of it):

    Dear Sean,
Thank you for the additional information.  I am constantly amazed at the reaction of True Priests, ordained by Archbishop Lefebvre himself, over a novus ordo "monsignor" and his novus ordo accomplishments!  Is it the mystery of "the other"? like the mystique of things and people from Europe when you're from a small town in Nebraska?  In novus-ordo-world that title often meant the end of advancement.  Why can't the SSPX priests see that is they who have the greatest of all honors--the indelible mark of the Priesthood of Our Lord Jesus Christ?!
Evidently Fr. Wegner and Fr. Bourmaud, RIP, were of the same mind when it came to monsignors.

  • That is correct, Fr. Steven Webber is being transfered to the Ridgefield priory and he's replacing Monsignor James Byrnes, the latter is being transfered to Georgia, where I assume he will be helping out Fr. Christopher Danel.
    Same story I got.
"But Peter and the apostles answering, said: We ought to obey God, rather than men." - Acts 5:29

The Highest Principle in the Church: "We are first of all under obedience to God, and only then under obedience to man" - Fr. Hesse

  • Correct:

4 priests are pictured and stationed there, but there are only bio's for 3.

Nothing about Fr. Steven Webber (i.e., the invisible 4th priest).

I wonder why that might be?

I can tell you this much: It isn't an oversight.
Father Webber left Michigan and was in the Chicago priory for 3 years and was servicing our chapel in Ft Wayne Indiana, we are feeling the loss of him greatly, he is now in Ridgefield, Connecticut.

  • If only good priests like Fr Webber would speak out more against the scandals in the Church and world, especially the great scandal in the SSPX of Bishop Huonder... until they get thrown out into the Resistance where they belong!

  • Monsignor James Byrne has indeed arrived in Georgia as stated above. Good to know his background, thank you for posting.

Do you have Fr. Novak.   I attend Immaculate Heart of Mary in Kingsford Heights.  Fr. Novak was transferred to Fort Wayne, I believe.

We have been to Georgia.  We liked the chapel.  That’s a hard drive to Eddystone, PA. From Ridgefield.
May God bless you and keep you

Which priest makes this drive?  Every Sunday and Holy Day?
