In an interview conducted by the website of the FSSPX of Germany with Fr. Jürgen Wegner, Superior of the United States District, he focuses his words on highlighting the good relations the Fraternity has in that country with the modernist bishops:

Since the publication of the docuмent of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith on the Delegation for Marriages of the Fellows of the Fraternity, we have responded to the request of the Congregation and we have asked the local Bishops to send us the delegation for our marriages . Meanwhile, the Fraternity in the United States is in regular contact with more than 50 dioceses. Only two bishops rejected the delegation of our priests. Many bishops were surprised by the fruits of the work of the Fraternity: full churches, regular sacramental reception, especially confessions, catechism classes, growing schools, a large number of families, children and young people. I have traveled a lot and I have sought personal dialogue with the authorities.

Before our visit, the bishops saw in the Priestly Fraternity only a community of priests who criticized the Council and refused to celebrate the New Mass. From the beginning there were some bishops who supported us in our contacts and built bridges for us. Several bishops have since "discovered" the Fraternity and Tradition.

An archbishop invited all the traditional priests of his diocese to a common dinner at his residence on the occasion of a conference of the auxiliary bishop Athanasius Schneider. Two of our priests were among the guests. Both the Archbishop and Bishop Schneider clearly told all the traditional priests that they are indebted to Bishop Marcel Lefebvre and his priests and that without the priests of the Priestly Fraternity and without the bravery of the Archbishop, the Mass could not be celebrated. traditional today.
Some small examples: An American archbishop has announced to his faithful in his Diocesan Journal that he has given the priests of the Priestly Fraternity the Delegation for Marriage, and he has called the faithful of his Diocese to participate in the marriages of the Priestly Fraternity . Some bishops are considering offering churches and schools directly and officially for sale or putting these buildings at our disposal. On Sunday of the Good Shepherd, the Mass was celebrated, with the consent of the diocese, in a large diocesan Church with the seminarians and priests of the seminary and the entire priory of Syracuse.

More and more bishops recognize the positive fruits of tradition, and some bishops take very clear positions. One of the bishops has committed all his seminarians to learn the celebration of the Old Mass, another has told us clearly that the renewal of the Church is only possible through the study of St. Thomas Aquinas and the celebration of the Old Mass.

These few examples give a good idea of the work of the American district and show the vitality of the tradition. We entrust the district and all its concerns to the Virgin Mary.

    .
Notice how it's always about the Virgin Mary, Our Lady or the Rosary Crusade
and that makes it honorable with SSPXers.
    .
We accept 95% of Vatican II, for the love of the Virgin Mary.
We want to be part of the heretical new religion in Rome, for Our Lady.
The Rosary Crusade has freed the Latin Mass, thanks to Our Lady.
The Jєωs believe in the same God as Catholics, and we love Our Lady for that.
We invite the diocesan bishop to join us for the blessing of the new church
in Saint Marys, for the love of Our Lady.

The timing of the Rosary Crusades and Summorum Pontificuм and the “lifting” of the so-called “excommunications” was telling. See the CCCC for more info. The last Rosary Crusade was called JUST after rejecting the “deal” in 2016 and then BOOM a month after calling the Crusade, Bp Fellay says another deal is on the table, not a trap, Francis wants what is good for the SSPX, etc.
Please disregard everything I have said; I have tended to speak before fact checking.

Sounds like just a lot of bootlicking with the Novus Ordo church hierarchy.
