Thank you for revealing what happened in Post Falls. In reading about Post Falls I am angered how sex scandals are still covered up. You would think after the pedophile stuff going on in the Novas Ordo that the SSPX would have more sense than to do the same thing and just try to hide it under the table. What happened in Post Falls strikes home as well. I know a parent who settled into an SSPX church. They wanted their children to make good Catholic friends. They believed all the parents and children were good upright and moral people. They allowed their son to befriend another teenage boy. They stayed overnights at each other’s homes. They went on vacations together with the parents. Then the son started acting strange, becoming depressed, and threatening ѕυιcιdє. After a hospitalization the parents found out the friend was molesting their son and trying to make their son a ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ. The moral of this story is there are good and bad people everywhere you go. You cannot assume that because people attend a Traditional Catholic Church or because teachers teach in a Traditional School that everyone is good. It looks like this is what happened in Post Falls and with this family. These are very bad times. Promiscuity is everywhere. Parents must teach their children to be strong and pure THEMSELVES. Priest, Sisters and schools are not going to do it for you. You are on your own. Parents must in this day and age teach their kids what is good and what is bad and if something bad or strange is happening to them anywhere by anyone to tell them, the parents. Parents must have an open communication with their kids on sɛҳuąƖ matters. They cannot leave it for someone else to teach or handle like previous generations did because it is so open and rampant in this society and you cannot trust anyone. It is terrible. Purity must be taught to kids by us parents.
God forbid you ever become the victim you will be considered the outcast. Sex abuse victims are not just harmed physically but emotionally as well by rejection and forced silence. This young man no longer goes to this church and probably will never return. A vocation may have been lost because parents trusted that all the people in the church were good. Parents, please do not make the same mistake.
