He should be handed over to the civil authorities. I don't know about France, but if my U.S. employer hired someone to access my private account, and the used it not only against me, but against others through it, ALL of us could have him arrested and charged.
I do hope he repents of this sin, along with all who knowing,y participated.

When priests fall out with priests, expect to see a lot of blood. The institution of the priesthood is not immune from this. We have all heard of stories of SSPX priests coming to grief at the hands of their superiors throughout the history of the Society, so nothing new here. Very few in authority come with clean hands and any hierarchy comes with a gallery of dirty deeds.

Menzingen's toady district superiors were the first to promote its defection and were no doubt looking forward to new glamorous roles after the merger with Rome. Its failure was in part blamed on those priests who demurred and the knives were going to be out for them. What we see now is a struggle to hold on to power by those who sold their souls, where Lefebvre's mission is thrown overboard for a quasi-religious corporate business. Switzerland as a home for such an enterprise was unwittingly chosen ........ or was it?
