  • I'm not buying the "personal reasons" excuse for the forum shut down.
It has to be pressure from the neoSSPX.

If Patricius was exercising his moderator authority as Matthew does, people like
Dawn Marie would be banned and left to post on her local dating forum.
In fact, IA is troll-friendly territory.

In some aspects, IA was a "facilitator" for Menzingen.  Do you remember in May 2012, when the moderators shut the whole forum down, after Bp. Fellay swallowed his foot in the CNS video ?

Clare, with her pious "throbbing heart", came on CI and gave us the "PR-spin".

It didn't matter because that was a turning-point for IA.
The truth was out and from then on, member posts became increasingly unsupportive of + Fellay.

IA served a function for Menzingen, but after public opinion turned against them, it became a liability and ineffective as a "trad information clearing-house".

    Trad information clearing-house ?
Yes.  Consider that if Menzingen, had a "paid facilitator" inside IA, they could control "the spin" while collecting information on the opposition.

This is the classic elder brother MO.
Infiltration and takeover is what happened to the formerly conservative Catholic EWTN media outlet.

Consider, that moderator Clare with her dumb blonde, Catholic home Mom schtik, had a liberal agenda and fended for the tribe or anyone sympathetic to them.

Case in point: IA member Ashmolean ran wild on the forum for almost a year with moderator approval.  He was effective at derailing anti-Fellay topics by aggressive confrontations or with lengthy blatherings.  Yet, even as of last week, Clare endorsed Ashmolean to me as a "versatile poster".  Baloney!

It was only after Ashmolean was discovered being a reference in the zionist Searchlight magazine's claim that  +W represented the "nαzι-side" of the SSPX... that he vanished from IA. (*See below)
(Clare confirmed last week that he was never banned from IA).

I was privately advised by a UK IA member, that Ashmolean was actively seeking meetings with forum members who were pro-Williamson,  for the purpose of identifying them.

So, Ashmo was on a mission from Menzingen.
He acted as a Krah-network mole, but fortunately, his identity was exposed.

So, the shut-down of IA, one of the biggest trad forums, is certainly a loss for the remnant, but if it remained "Menzingen compromised", it can go ahead and die.

Fascists join Catholic Traditionalist at London Conference

    * Some SSPX members are concerned at these (nαzι) political links, especially as Bishop Williamson associates with non-Catholics in the h0Ɩ0cαųst denial movement, such as David Irving and Michèle Renouf. Among these critics is Blaise Compton, a well known composer and musicologist who attended the north London conference and whose father was a prominent Catholic journalist. Compton shares the fears of the SSPX leadership that a media spotlight on blatant antisemitism will scupper any chance of reuniting with Rome

I can't be bothered to try and edit your post down, Incredible, the Infallible Inquisitor.

If it wasn't for you and your mates that zoomed in to heckle down anyone that said anything that didn't suit your agenda (just like B'nai B'rith does) the rest of us could still be having Catholicky chats in IA.

Whoever is paying you to cause dissention and fear among ordinary Catholics is getting their money's worth.

  • Old,

     You soft, kosher Fellayite.

Thank you for posting your minimalist IA shut-down conspiracy theory.

In summary, IA shut-down because Incredulous, a paid +Williamson infiltrator
raided IA and spread dirty rumors.

Poor Bp. Fellay had to pull the plug on IA, because too many SSPX faithful
      believed him.

Man, you've been on the sheep farm too long.
Even my 15 year son has more imagination than that.

  • Good riddance to ʝʊdɛօ-Zionist rubbish.

    Expect more infiltrators here.

For posterity someone should save the Judaica Ardens "favorite animal thread" photo of the sheep and sheep droppings in OldDrunk's living room.

Bishop Williamson has a paid inflitrator?  Do you have any actual proof of that?

I am not a fan of His Excellency, but I am sure he has lots of actual bishop stuff to do.  If the state of the trad world is such that bishops are paying infiltrators to take over internet forums, it is doomed, and should be.

It's intrinsically for liberals to change their minds on a daily basis (or faster when needed). Because in reality they just can't make up their minds. Only exception is their deep aversion against anti-liberalism. See here:

Quote from: Patricius on his liberal Monty Phyton forum this afternoon

There's much more than that, NeelyAnn. Oldavid has been attacked on there [=Cathinfo], incessantly. Clare has been attacked on there at times, and even recently, as have I. When some of IA members went over to defend IA, Matthew promptly banned most of them, and allowed the sick and disgusting unCatholic posts of the likes of Credo/John Grace, Ethelred and Diego continue, and they do so to this day.

Strong words for a liberal like Patricius who's 2+2=5 motto is: "We support all four (SSPX) bishops"...
At least he puts us up against his liberal wall together: Incredulous, Diego, John and me. We should now establish a transatlantic anti-liberal group of regulars for coffee and rolls. And with English tee please. And of course with Salzburger Nockerln.
