Having issues with Boston, KY?

  • Here is what I wrote to someone recently, who wrote to me about grave problems they were experiencing with Fr. Pfeiffer's seminary and Boston, KY operation:

    Quote
I would recommend you join CathInfo (if you haven't already) and post in the Anonymous subforum, if need be, to help others and tell your story.

CathInfo always prefers first-hand, solid information and usually censors dubious posts and rumors. Of course, Fr. Pfeiffer and his supporters would have you believe the opposite. But you know how that goes!

And I remind people all the time that when the public good is at stake, making known various sins and misdeeds is NOT detraction, much less slander (which involves lying). Souls are at stake here. Traditional Catholic families of good will, who only want the Mass and to raise their children Catholic, are being exploited by the rhetoric of Fr. Pfeiffer. The generosity and piety of Trads is also being exploited (to the tune of thousands of dollars, sometimes from a single family).
    The madness has to stop.

Oh, and worst of all -- when these Trad families finally wake up to the truth about Fr. P, they often become "home-aloners", refusing to go back to "Fr. Pfeiffer's enemies" -- they have a residual trust in Fr. P's propaganda and rhetoric. So Fr. P is creating hundreds of "home-aloners" who will never receive the Sacraments again. This is a grave evil.

The ONLY way to help people is to put the information out there -- a few individuals will choose to ignore it and follow Fr. Pfeiffer literally to Hell itself -- but we can't help that. You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink. We all have Free Will.

    God bless,

    Matthew

  • Lord of the Rings is great and all, but I believe it's best for a Catholic to back/support/promote faithful priests and bishops, when they stick their neck out, make great sacrifices, and "do their job".

For me, this used to be the SSPX. Then when they started falling, I immediately lent my efforts and support to the Resistance. While Fr. Pfeiffer was doing a good job, I supported him. When he went off the rails (late 2014) I stopped. When (then Fr.) Bp. Zendejas joined the Resistance in late 2014, I began defending/supporting him.  When he contacted me in the Spring of 2015, I began actively working with him.

Yes, I notice those 2 dates line up. One of the red flags for me was the slanderous propaganda coming out from Boston, KY against Bp. Zendejas. I began criticizing Fr. Pfeiffer right away. Bp. Zendejas didn't contact me until about 5 months later.

A few more details -- Fr. Voigt was saying Mass at my chapel here at the time, on the 2nd Sunday of every month. He was technically working with Fr. Pfeiffer, though he was just a bit independent (he arranged and paid for his own travel, etc.) which is why we had a regularly scheduled Mass! I went out on a limb and criticized Fr. Pfeiffer even though some might have been afraid of having their Mass cut off. But I trusted Fr. Voigt to oppose evil the same as me or any other good Catholic -- and I was right. Fr. Voigt wasn't happy about Pablo's "Sheep Stealing Puerto Rican" posts either. Bp. Zendejas isn't Puerto Rican at all, and he didn't "steal" anyone's sheep -- it just goes to show you the level of ignorance and malice coming from Pablo and Fr. Pfeiffer's group.

If there is any doubt in your mind that Fr. Pfeiffer is 100% in the wrong on this head, I have proof. Fr. Pfeiffer quotes "Texas" as one of the places Bp. Zendejas "stole" from him. Guess what? It's a fact that Fr. Pfeiffer wasn't in Texas. He ignored (hated?) Texas. He only came to the San Antonio chapel 3 times in 2013. He never said a single Resistance Mass in Houston, and that was the #2 place Bp. Z set up shop. Bp. Z's #1 location was Ridgefield, a location where Bp. Z was well known because he spent 9 (?) years there as a Prior in the SSPX. He knew the people. Of course he's going to go there! And the resistant Faithful there chose Bp. Z -- he was much better organized, prudent, etc.

So in 2014, the closest Fr. Pfeiffer had to being in Texas was Fr. Voigt coming here. But remember, Fr. Voigt has since been disowned (and slandered) by Boston. So how can they lay claim to chapels where HE said Mass -- both claiming and rejecting Fr. Voigt at the same time? Sorry, can't have it both ways! The fact is that Frs. Pfeiffer and Hewko haven't said Mass at ANY of Bp. Zendejas' chapels since 2013. And again, they never set foot in Houston to the present day. They said many Masses in Dallas, but Bp. Z hasn't said any Masses in Dallas.

But in reality the reason Fr. Pfeiffer attacked Bp. Z was because he couldn't stand having any "competition" in his "territory" -- which, for Fr. P, was the entire United States and beyond. Ridiculous! He (with 2 helper priests at most) couldn't handle that large an apostolate. And he's not the Pope with some kind of worldwide jurisdiction!

I think it's the duty of Catholics to support and encourage good priests and bishops who take that bold leap of faith. If we fail to do so, we can only blame ourselves when the whole lot of them "plays it safe" and is unmanly/fearful and stays in a bad situation.

  • And has anyone noticed that it's only Fr. P who flies across the country to say Mass for one family -- when other Resistance priest(s) already say Mass in that area (within a 20-45 minute drive)?

Has anyone heard of Bp. Zendejas saying Mass near Boston, KY? I'm sure he could find 1-2 disaffected families if he wanted to.

But Fr. Pfeiffer has wasted resources flying in to San Antonio to say Mass for one family, on several occasions -- even though weekly Sunday Mass was available from a Resistance priest, at a permanent location, just 40 minutes away. He has done this in many other locations as well. He stubbornly holds on to "his territory" even when it's reduced to one family.

Fr. Pfeiffer won't work with -- much less under -- any other priests or even bishops. He is a maverick, answering only to himself. This spells death for a priest's apostolate. One of the primary virtues of the priest is obedience. A priest is not a bishop. Even a bishop has a certain amount of obedience to practice (to the Pope, for example). But a priest has a lot more obeying to do, and less leading to do, than a bishop.

But Fr. Pfeiffer wouldn't even make a good Pope -- because even the Pope has to be obedient to God. And Fr. P has, on many occasions, thrown God's law itself under the bus to serve his own personal desires and ends.
