A h0Ɩ0cαųst denying Catholic bishop who was due to visit Australia this month has had his visa cancelled after The AJN alerted the government to his views.

British cleric Richard Williamson has described Jews as “enemies of Christ” and claimed there’s no evidence to support the fact that six million Jews were killed during the Shoah.

At most, he said, the number if Jєωιѕн victims was 200,000 to 300,000, none of whom were killed in gas chambers.

Williamson, who was found guilty by a German court of inciting racial hatred, was scheduled to attend a number of services in rural Victoria later this month.

But after The AJN contacted the Department of Immigration and Border Protection earlier this week, a spokesperson said that the minister, Scott Morrison, was asking for “immediate advice on options available in relation to this matter”.

The spokesperson has since contacted The AJN again to inform us that “The individual’s visa has been cancelled.”

This is gravely detrimental to the perennial Faith; as there will be a large number of souls who will not receive the Redemptive Sacraments of our Lord from the uncompromising resistance of the Catholic Church.

That is really bad; though, I have to look at the greater good of this.  Perhaps this is God's providence to get Bishop Williamson to consecrate more bishops for the Church sooner rather than later.  That is a good thing.. a very good thing.

Let us pray for this...

Our Liberal Government is fighting for the principle of free speech. They would be very sensitive to any criticism should they deny Bishop Williamson a visa.

Does anyone know if the Australian coordinators had contacted +Williamson about this yet and had made any necessary arrangements.  It would be a further disappointment that he would not know and was at your country's boarders trying to get in; and cannot.

A h0Ɩ0cαųst denying Catholic bishop who was due to visit Australia this month has had his visa cancelled after The AJN alerted the government to his views.

Hi PW! I notice there is only one source claiming that the visa is being denied. Speaking for myself, I do not trust the source. IF the SSPX is responsible for alerting the AJN actively seeking Bishop Williamson being denied a visa...IF that is so, then of course the Jєωιѕн factor would use that. I think such a technique is called a self-fulling prophecy. Or, if a lie is told often enough then people believe it! Our Co-ordinators have not confirmed that BW is not coming. Our itineraries are still in place. The government has not as yet officially confirmed it....so how can the AJN confirm it????

Fr Ortiz had dinner with the bishop last night and he informed him that his visa had been cancelled as the reason stated on his visa was "to visit friends" when in fact he was comming to perform religious ceremonies. You can also read the link below from Peter Bezina and the reasons stated on the AJN website. So I guess its time to start cancelling airfares again!

Yes, as if those who receive the Sacraments are not his friends?    It is particularly disgraceful because our govt. at this time is fighting endeavouring to alter a Bill that limits free speech.

He should appeal and point out that he would be meeting small groups of people at a few venues and this does not constitute religious activity similar to a revivalist meeting held in a stadium, or celebrating Masses in a series of established church premises.

The perfidious jews barred his Australian visa.  Well heck, almost the entire 'mainstream' "traditional" Catholic press will not touch Williamson with a ten foot pole.  Forget for a moment the evil jews.  Certainly they will do anything to shut the good bishop up.  We all know how they operate.  But what about John Vennari, Michael Matt, Chris Ferrara, Fr. Gruner, Peter Chownowski and all the other prominent exemplars of outspoken traditional Catholic vitue?  What about all these big name trads who speak at conferences, write prolifically and are otherwise regarded by most trads as the voices of the traditional Catholic movement?  They run like scalded dogs from the mere mention of Williamson.  Their fear of the jews is legend.  They have no problem identifying at some level with Bp. Fellay and his gang of priestly sychophants.  But Williamson is strictly off limits.  He is not mentioned or discussed in polite trad circles, is he?
I know of only one prominent trad writer who was willing to take on the h0Ɩ0cαųst denial charges made against H.E.  That was in an article Faust wrote back in 2012.  And even he didn't get all his facts and figures right.
