  • Would someone please fill me in on GREC?  I have seen it mentioned but don't quite understand what it is.

  • Please ignore ALL of my posts. I was naive during my time posting on this forum and didn’t know any better. I retract and deeply regret any and all uncharitable or erroneous statements I ever made here.

I'm concerned that there are far too many Catholics at large who are

    A)  Unaware entirely of the existence of GREC
    B)  Oblivious to the implications and import of this fact of history
    C)  So conditioned in their thinking that they are as it were imune from "getting it"~
    D)  ~ to the point where if you tell them, they change the subject ~
    E)   ~ because they are not interested (yet!) in this GREC-whatever-it-is ~
    F)   ~ and the day may come when suddenly they will find themselves converted ~
    G)  ~ inasmuch as they awaken to a new awareness that they missed something ~
    H)  ~ and they will be most interested in finding out what it was they missed ~
    I)   ~ and, for example, coming to CI they will be unable to find these GREC threads.

To that end, it seems to me there ought to be a GREC sub-forum, or some kind
of Sticky Index that contains links to all the GREC-containing threads.

Whenever members use the SEARCH feature, it tends to use up a lot of the
bandwidth of the Forum (or something like that) so a 10-second delay is now
in place, making a chain search very tiresome, that is, you have to get your
search terms right to start with, or be satisfied with waiting between searches.

If a lot of members start looking for GREC all of a sudden, it could cause the
website to be overloaded with searches, no?

So providing a sticky index, or a sub-forum might help.  As it has turned out,
the sub-forum idea is only partly successful because so many members do not
notice the existence of the sub-forums on the top of the SSPX-Rome Agreement
    Forum index page.

For example, a search might render this thread as a prominent hit because its
    title is simply GREC.

Yes Neil, I too agree that this GREC should go under its own organized Thread.  This is a very important subject.

I have also posted this idea, for someone with knowledge of it and has computer skills, back in early January in another thread entitled: "The Most Damning Letter of All, GREC Revealed!"   http://www.cathinfo.com/catholic.php/The-Most-Damning-Letter-of-All

Seraphim, this GREC "deception" is a pretty serious betrayal.

You have good information. Can you some how put all of the important information contained in these different threads on this GREC situation to be posted on one single thread, and identified as such?

With a new thread being organized, we can also efficiently, and effectively, build a case against those responsible for this GREC "deception"...the present leaders of the SSPX...and hold them accountable on this also.

    We desire conversions...in steadfast TRUTH.

    Deo Gratias...
