In our Chapel, the packets were mailed to some, but also appeared to be personally handed-delivered after Mass to suspected Resistance sympathizers who are not on the mailing list.

I was just thinking that when the Church was in it's infancy, why the apostles didn't have some clever Jews to "brand" the Catholic Church then....
