  • Is there someplace on the net where their schedules are posted?  I didn't know Fr. Pfeiffer was going to be in Charlotte, NC or else I would have gone to his Mass

  • Marlelar,

We are all waiting patiently (or not so patiently  ) for the Fathers to post a schedule.  At some time it will be available.   I wish I had a better answer for you.  I know sometimes their locations are last minute and people try to get the information out ASAP, to as many people as possible.  Therefore, if the contact person/s could post the information/location publicly to  inthissignyoushallconquer , and/or here - both have private and anonymous emails (if needed), it can then be sent out to as many people as possible.  I wouldn't want to miss their Mass, either.

  • I am very sad that I did not know that Fr. Pfeiffer was in Charlotte NC last week. My mother and I are generous supporters of him and yet was not told he would be coming there. Please anyone PM me to let me know his schedule, or anyone who is the St Anthony of Padua contact please PM me.

  • Has anyone heard a rumor that one or more of the Resistance priests will be in Post Falls any time soon?

  • The Fathers are not projecting their schedule weeks out because

    A) They sometimes don't know where they're going to go until shortly before -- the Resistance IS new, and so are the Resistance chapels. Nothing is routine at this point. Make sense?

    B) They don't want Fr. Rostand to get cheaper airfare to come to the area at the same time, or worse -- a couple days before -- to poison the Faithful to not attend the "disobedient" priest's Mass.

It's difficult because the Faithful need to know where the Masses are so they can attend.  So it's a bit of a balancing act.

    Look no further than A & B.

There are a few members here -- AJNC and Francisco, for example -- who seem to have something against the good Fathers and are trying to throw out accusations left and right, trying to harm their good name. I am not amused.

The good Fathers are not some kind of "plants" in the fledgling resistance trying to be inefficient on purpose. They are spending a lot of time DOING and they can't plan perfectly. Cut them some slack, please. They're doing their best.

They'd have more time to plan if they'd cut out their daily prayers -- but they're not doing so. That's why their sermons are so good. Are you going to blame them for being faithful to all their duties, and not having enough time to plan perfectly?

You know, normally a priest doesn't have to do all this. I guess I have to remind some people that we're in an extraordinary situation here. If a few things don't go off perfectly without a hitch, it is NOT a sign of a problem. Rather, it is to be expected.

This reminds me of the times in Mexico with Blessed Miguel Pro and the Cristeros.  I don't think the faithful complained about a regular schedule at that time.  Even though they aren't killing our Priests and Bishops, we are in a time of persecution just for believing what the Church has always held to.  And it’s quite unusual with the SSPX because the very people who “should” be upholding the Faith are persecuting the Priests who do because the persecutors have turned away.  I am very thankful for these good Priests who are willing to bring the sacraments to those who are willing to stand with them.  They are heroes to me.  They are willing to be in the center of God’s will and act upon the inspiration of Holy Ghost even though they are hated, and unappreciated.  It takes a lot of courage to do what they are doing, and obviously God is giving them the grace.  God bless them.

Really?  Lukewarm?  Calling for the excommunication of the Bishop and priests of Austria doesn't sound to "lukewarm" to me.

So now they are in a mood to try and regain some credibility.  But what does it matter if they want the approval of a Pope who prays in mosques and sits quietly in ѕуηαgσgυєs?

They want such a Pope to give them canonical recognition, then they demand that others doing what he does be excommunicated?

The first move shows what their real attitude is.  The second is just huffing and puffing - and at a convenient target - the Muslims.

  • How big is the Frs congregation in Kentucky? Just wondering what kind of support base they have there. Are there other priests actually living on site? I understand that the chapel is on the Pfeiffer family's property, but where will all these priests who join them be staying? Do they stay in the family home? Or is there separate housing for them somewhere? Wondering who takes care of domestic stuff for them.
