  • How will the SSPX accept any sort of deal from a Pope who is so clearly modernist, he has to use 260+ pages to defend Church teaching on human sɛҳuąƖity?  St. Paul accomplished this in a short paragraph in the Letter to the Romans.

Let's not forget that the bishops came up with this garbage in their Synods and Francis has expounded on it, so it would be reasonable to state that the Barque is infected from stem to stern.

And yet, the anti-Williamson crown inside the SSPX will continue to attack him by blotting his memory from their officialdom.  I wonder if he will be granted an inclusionary non-judgmental stance now that Francis is extending his 'mercy' to fαɢɢօts, lesbians, and other sundry variety of souls living in mortal sin.  Why not pedophiles, and necrophiles. and those who engage in bestiality too???
Oh, wait, one is not permitted to say 'living in mortal sin' any longer.

    How long Lord, how long?

  • They'll just ignore it and move forward, trusting in the short memory span of "the faithful" and their remarkable ability to redirect attention.

Another question is how much thunder will reverberate from the SSPX pulpits (particularly Menzingen) over this?  My guess is not much.  There might be a press release about how this is "problematic" or "troublesome" or something along those lines.  But there will be no deafening condemnations.

I would think that there will be not talk from the pulpits by orders from the Castle.
All statements concerning the ongoing apostasy will be carefully worded "releases, as you have said. They want no bad words about the fellow in the Vatican hotel or his renegade advisors, or at least no truth spoken about them.
