    To all Bishops, priests and faithful, Catholics
    Due to the abandonment of the Faith by the ecuмenical Rome and the institutions attached to it, I decided to launch the fight to preserve the Priesthood and the Catholic Mass in the light of my experience as a professor, pastor and priest for 53 years, and to be the spokesman.
    By invoking the protection of the Most Blessed Virgin Mary, I decided to do what the unexpected death of Archbishop Lefebvre interrupted prematurely and put an end to the question of the invalidity of the priesthood and the sacraments established by Montini. -Paul VI.
    In the coming months, in the light of my priestly experience and the favor of the Eucharistic miracle which has been granted to me, I will make a succession of public statements, written and oral, to show where the Church stands at present, say the path to follow and place the priests and the faithful before their duty in the current situation of general apostasy, eclipse of the Church and organized disappearance of the priesthood.
    I entrust our fight to the Sacred Heart of Jesus appeared to Saint Margaret Mary in the Holy Host.
