"...Fr. Rostand asks, "If you don't trust us, why do you come to our sacraments?" ..."
I would appreciate the toadies assigned to troll this site give Father Rostand this pablo the Mexican response.
Reverend Father, when you became a Priest, your cry was "Clothe me, O Lord!"
And the Lord clothed you.
From that time, everything you have is of the Lord.
Including the Sacraments you claim are yours.
Rethink your Pride.
The minute your Jєωιѕн Freemason Overlords become cross with you, they will cast you out into the darkness that you beg alms with the rest of us.
There is not one speck of dust in the House of the Lord that belongs to you.
For your contemplation:
The Lord will even use the Devil if it suits His purpose.

Yes. People go to Church for the Sacraments, not out of any consideration for the priests or the congregation they may belong to. The late Fr Anthony D'Costa SJ of Nashik, India told me an incident narrated to his class by the professor during his seminary days. I believe it is a true story.
A priest happened to be in a remote village in South America. Walking along a street in the company of a villager he came across a man lying on the ground drunk.
Who is this fellow so drunk at this time of the day? He asked the villager.
He is our parish priest. Came the answer. We may not like him but he is the only one in these parts who can give us the Sacraments.

I agree - but he cannot sanctify and thus we should flee him as we cannot stand - St Alphonsus

Did PFT put the conversation into context somewhere (ie., How Fr Rostand knew who she was; how/where she happened to come into proximity w/Fr Rostand; etc)?
I don't doubt her word, just don't want to make her repeat herself if this has all been covered on another thread somewhere.
