Fr. le Roux, I have admired your clear thinking and wisdom evinced by your monthly letters, for a long time. I have told you so personally. My admiration, however, means absolutely nothing, when the light of present times is shown upon it.
Your November 10, 2013 to Friends and Benefactors destroys my respect for you as a priest and Traditional Catholic. Now, this may matter nothing to you as you do not know who I am and it is becoming very clear that the thoughts of mere laity matter little, as long as they keep on giving their money into the coffers for whatever project du jour is placed before them.
It is the utter work of pure evil to equate Resistance priests with the likes of Talleyrand. How dare you!! It is the so called subservsives that tried to yell out to you and Bishop Felley the folly of the attempts to make a union with Rome on practical terms without first resolving doctrinal issues, much like mixing oil with water. Can't be done. Satan doesn't negotiate, or if he does, it is not to be trusted.
You attempt to show Resistance supporters as puppets, repeating and repeating half truths until all wisdom is erased. How dare you insult the very Traditional Catholics who have paid for the very walls of your Seminary. Whatever admiration for your past wisdom is totally erased by this recent letter.
You have been placed in a position of grave responsibility. Imagine, parents raising their sons dutyifly with sacrifice and devotion to the Church placing them in your hands, only to have YOU brainwash them with words of hate and evil. Convincing the sons placed in your care that Resistance priests who never stopped defending the Church (yes, they did stop defending Bishop Fellay) as being subversives and like unto Talleyrand. You ought to go and hide, not to show your face in shame.
Until and if you retract your words will you personally be branded a political puppet. For, tragically, you have become that which you have accused others of becoming, a worshiper at the alter of power rather than the alter of God.
