  • Rather than rebuke Pablo for his recent sinful misdeeds, he has backed him up even in sermons during Holy Mass!

He has started a new movement -- his followers now scour the Internet trying to figure out each forum member's identity, form lists of this information, and post it publicly without anyone's permission!

This is the fruit of Fr. Pfeiffer's "crusade" of so-called "openness". It's completely false.

Forget about doing anything good for the Church -- let's hassle and annoy your fellow Trads by forcing their private info out into the open! That's the battle that needs to be waged right now!

    *sigh*

And anyone and everyone with a keyboard is on the attack now, writing "clever" prose (involving witty phrases like "I can't eat my pancakes without someone trying to convince me of Bishop Williamson...do you know how annoying it is to eat cold pancakes?") Again, they look up to Fr. Pfeiffer and are attempting to imitate his down-to-earth style. I think they just sound stupid.

I got a HUGE letter from an empty-nester and/or her banned-from-CI-at-his-request-due-to-Pablo husband. It must be nice to have that much free time.

I also received several letters from The Recusant, who I understand is quite the Fr. Pfeiffer fan himself. I believe he is biased.

But I'm done with this. I led the initial charge, but I'm not going to ARGUE with people who have given themselves "body, mind and soul" to Fr. Pfeiffer. Saying "their minds are made up" is a massive understatement.

I did what needed to be done at the time. Who knows if it ever had a chance of real victory. But I can't force people.

Pablo could conjure up the devil in front of them, and they'd find some way to justify it. (Please note: I know Pablo wouldn't do that, and he's never done that to my knowledge -- but I'm making a point here) That's the state of mind they are in. They have their fingers in their ears "la-la-la-la-la" any time the slightest criticism of Fr. Pfeiffer OR PABLO comes up.

What the Resistance faithful will do now is beyond my control. I can't keep nursing it along, responding to every letter, etc.

I actually have a life, a family, and a job to look for. I'm not retired or an empty-nester with unlimited free time.

I did the right thing; I pointed out the recent evil actions of Pablo and/or Fr. Pfeiffer.

I agree that one should always seek to set good examples; it is important.  The identity is an issue but I think the most terrible part there is the address info.
We conclude logically that religion can give an efficacious and truly realistic answer to the great modern problems only if it is a religion that is profoundly lived, not simply a superficial and cheap religion made up of some vocal prayers and some ceremonies...

  • I forgot to add --

Obviously, I have a forum to run, so I will have to keep an eye on the forum for the latest honorable "completely open" Pfeiffer Pfanatic to sign up for another account so they can try to post a list of everyone's private information once again.

    Again, how edifying...

When I see that behavior, it reminds me of what I read in the Lives of the Saints...

There was a thread in 2013 concerning doubts about FrJP and this was my post on that thread.

Ignore sspxbvm. He is an infiltraitor and Fr. Pfeiffer knows it.

sspxbvm obviously cannot infiltrate his own website, so it must be this forum that you are talking about. Cathinfo has it's own Moderator who can figure out infiltrators. There are some of us who while wanting to avoid the Conciliar Church also want to avoid Frs Chazal and Pfeiffer. I personally know both these men having picked or dropped them many times from the airport. I've finished with them. Don't want to see them again. That doesn't make me an infiltrator/infiltraitor.

  • Just to play the devil's advocate but shouldn't people who are going to be mass coordinators have a certain public accesibility? What if someone in an area wanted to know when and where the special masses are? If the contact informatin of teh coordinators is a secret then how does the public find out?

I think there are about six sermons/talks from last weekend.
I don't know if there was a specific comment to which Matthew was referring, but the two linked on this page address the subject.

  • Is everyone okay with the latest coordinator list posted on Pablo's website?
It still lists home addresses of many of the coordinators.

  • When Fr. Pfeiffer posted his sidestreet Mass video there were rash accusations that Filipinos were passive and unable to think for themselves because they did not support Fr. Joseph Pfeiffer. Immediately, there were false speculations as to why the faithful in the Philippines could not support him.  Now, two years after the rash judgments, his sympathizers are grieving their discovery of his personality.

It pays to "look before you leap".  Sometimes we need to really be prudent before accusing other people of being feeble-minded just because they are silent regarding their reasons for not jumping on the bandwagon.  Hopefully, some people can acquire wisdom from hindsight.

Reading the above makes me sad.  People heroically wrenched themselves from the refuge that had kept them alive for years - the SSPX - to follow a hero who was going to purify the SSPX, only to find out he was no hero at all.

So he is obsessed against personal privacy... but wasn't that the reason for the "war" against Bishop Fellay? Wasn't it precisely against discretion?  Why does it surprise many that discretion is not the better part of the resistance founder's valor?

And if truthfulness does not appear to be his priority requirement for his trusted aide, it begs the question: how important is truthfulness in his fight for truth?  It needs to be asked now.
