  • Just yesterday, Fr. Morgan gave a conference explaining, among other things his reasons for leaving the SSPX.

  • As someone who has limited time and wifi, can you give a cliff notes version? Is there anything about his supposed “apostolate?”
Please disregard everything I have said; I have tended to speak before fact checking.

  • The most interesting part is his conversation with Bp Fellay.

Fellay said, "Pope Francis does not care about doctrine, therefore
there is an opening for us [SSPX]."

I guess the New SSPX does not care about doctrine either. But
    we already know that.

  • He stayed quiet for too long, bit like the hangers on he speaks about, he could have made a difference when it was needed, hindsight...

  • Goby, thanks for your snide, smug contribution. I am sure that you are super clever and saw everything going rotten within SSPX from the first off.

    Please educate me  :farmer:

Is Father Morgan in union with Bp. Williamson now?

If not, do we know why?
"Some preachers will keep silence about the truth, and others will trample it underfoot and deny it. Sanctity of life will be held in derision even by those who outwardly profess it, for in those days Our Lord Jesus Christ will send them not a true Pastor but a destroyer."  St. Francis of Assisi

Yes he is. He explains all in the conference.

  • Whilst not part of the resistance I am not hostile to it either. I have great regard for Father Morgan. Continued prayers for you all.

  • You're welcome to come to our Masses anytime. If you are not going to any Mass because you can't make it to us, then unite with us in prayer and you are part of the resistance that way.

  • An option I have is to be billeted somewhere and make a weekend of it. Getting to a resistance chapel is problematic. I must clarify I am not hostile to the resistance. I have supported the  resistance from the early days and happy to support the resistance.

great. keep supporting us by our prayers. Do you have contact details for our priests in case of emergency?
You should stay in contact with them anyway, so they know you are one of their true faithful.
