Does anyone know if this chapel is owned by the SSPX?

I heard that Father Danel was a friend of the SSPX.

I wonder if they are pro Doctrinal accord ?

As far as I know, the chapel is owned by SSPX.  And I am pretty sure that they are SSPX all the way.  Fr. Rutledge grew up and is from that chapel.  His family is still there.

The chapel in Roswell, GA (just outside of Atlanta) is an SSPX chapel.

I don't know what Father Danel's position is regarding the deal with Rome.
