Could someone find the quote of Bp Williamson that Fr Pfeiffer refers to at 9:30 in this video?
Here's the link to the Bp Williamson Q&A. I (re)listened to the part I thought was the relevent section, but couldn't find it.

Thanks!
No, I don't think anyone can, because it doesn't exist. Fr. Pfeiffer completely misrepresents what Bp. Williamson said here. There is one instance where Bp. Williamson does misspeak, and says "I do not say to everybody inside the Novus Ordo priests or laity I don’t say: 'you’ve got to get out...'”
But it is clear from the context that he meant to say "SSPX" - i.e. "I do not say to everybody inside the SSPX, priests or laity, I don’t say 'you’ve got to get out.'”
You can tell from the context that is what he meant, partly because that is the question he was answering (whether priests or laity should stay with the SSPX), partly because he had just been comparing the situation with the Novus Ordo, but especially because when, in the next sentences, he says
what I do say is there is a very serious danger of your being poisoned by a poison which is coming steadily (and) from above . And it’s very poisonous. It gives you the idea that the NewChurch is alright or that going along with the Newchurch is alright which is more or less the same thing. It’s okay for us to be heading back into the Conciliar church; oh they don’t say it’s the Conciliar church of course; oh no no no – it’s okay to be heading back – we’re going back into being Catholics in the mainstream church.
We want to be Catholics again - that’s what they feel. They’re going by their feelings. If they used their minds, just like Archbp. Lefebvre they’d realize that the structure is empty of one, holy catholic and apostolic.
Obviously, if in the next sentences he's speaking of "going along with the Newchurch is alright", he is not speaking of people still
in Newchurch.
And I've listened several times, trying to catch where he says anything to the effect that it's okay to stay in the N.O. because people get something out of it, or that because they're nice. Fr. Pfeiffer is now resorting to a lot of
lies - ahem - misrepresentation to try to make his case.
