Hi Marsha,
I think for a while there, Bishop Fellay was reordaining Novus Ordo Priests.  I know he does not do that now.

Also, the SSPX once believed that the Novus Ordo consecrations  of Bishops were invalid.  Archbishop Lefebvre   flip flopped on that one.

Not only Bp. Fellay.  Even Abp. Lefebvre did and some —if not all— the other bishops of the SSPX.

Is it possible that Fr accidentally misspoke here? Sometimes he may be overtired from travel and transposes his words. I have noticed it in the past. Some times he catches it and corrects it, sometimes he doesn't. Most of the time I realize what he meant to say, so it isn't a problem.

Which thing that he said are you asking this about? The Bp Williamson comments or about the NO Mass being valid?

He leaves it pretty clear that he is not mis-speaking about the bishop and that we are not picking apart his words. If anyone listens they can understand he is on a tirade against the bishop to the point of mocking him for having soup cans stored up. A lady tries to defend the bishop at first, oh he means that the people in the Novus Ordo......no no no no no interjects Fr. Pfeiffer.  I have undertaken the painstaking task of translating parts of the video and listening to it a couple of times. It is clear that he has manifested himself against the bishop.

There is no doubt either that he believes that the New Mass is a valid consecration if the form is correct. This has been the SSPX position forever. The only problem with the validity of the New Mass ever discussed by the SSPX was the erroneous translation of "pro multis" or questioning the intent of a sacrifice, which has been corrected in most countries, especially the U.S. This has been discussed several times in these comments so I don't see why the others are still bringing it up. I have a hard time believing that someone joined the "Traditional Movement" in 1969, much less that they claim this and have such difficulties with this.

The SSPX policy was to investigate the ordinations of priests and if there was the 0.001 % doubt they conditionally re-ordained.  There was never a blanket reordination ceremony for all priests coming to the SSPX, there was however, and still is I believe, an investigation into the validity of priests joining the SSPX, always done on a case by case basis.

People have been confusing this for a while and using it as some sort of argument that the priests in the SSPX can possibly be invalid if coming from other places, but I highly doubt this has a shred of truth to it.

What I am curious to know is if the bishop will still visit Kentucky after all the hostility coming towards him from the bluegrass state. I mean, surely someone has sent this video and asked his opinion about it......

What will the seminarians do? The video is rather revealing. Fr. Pfeiffer doesn't hide from us the fact that he has "asked" the bishop for consecration and the bishop told him that there are other bishops that he can seek consecration from, if we can believe that, but I think it is accurate. Bishop Williamson believes that the Thuc line is a valid episcopacy.
