  • Requiesce in pace,

    mors certa, hora incerta.

He existed before the morning of the world and He shall exist until the last star falls from the night sky and forevermore. Although He took the form of a man, He was not as all men as He was no mere man and therefore Was God.

    From the CE:

“Minute directions are given as to the clothing of the dead in the case of all clergy. They are to be attired in ordinary ecclesiastical costume and over this they are to wear the vestments distinctive of their order. Thus the priest or bishop must be clad in amice, alb, girdle, maniple, stole and chasuble. His birettashould be placed upon his head and the tonsureshould be renewed. The deacon similarly wears his dalmatic and stole, the subdeacon his tunicle, and the cleric his surplice. In practice it is usual in the case of a priest to place upon the coffin lid a chaliceand paten at one end with the biretta at the other; but this is not ordered in the rubrics of the "Rituale".”

  • Does anyone know if Father got the vaccine? I’m convinced that people are getting sick now due to jab shedders.

Latest trend is that they’re blaming vaccine deaths on COVID.  Oscar de la Hoya, 48, and in prime physical condition, as he has been working toward a comeback, just “died of COVID” despite being fully jabbed.  It was most likely because of the jab.

Same question surrounding the surprise death of this young SSPX priest:

Fr. Bourmaud was the pastor at St. Vincent de Paul in Kansas City where I have been a parishioner for the past few years. I spoke to him in private about vaccinations. He assured me that he never received a COVID-19 vaccine.

  • I was able to attend the SSPX chapel for Mass this morning, and Fr. Bormaud was discussed briefly from the pulpit before the sermon. It was mentioned that Fr. Bormaud likely had an underlying condition, probably diabetes, and that even though he was French, he never served as a priest in France. It was also mentioned that he wrote a book called, "One hundred Years of Modernism."

    I'll offer prayers for him.

"It is licit to resist a Sovereign Pontiff who is trying to destroy the Church. I say it is licit to resist him in not following his orders and in preventing the execution of his will. It is not licit to Judge him, to punish him, or to depose him, for these are acts proper to a superior."

  • Father was a very warm and inviting priest.  My daughter had a pretty solid friendship with him when he taught her Latin at St. Vincent De Paul Academy a few years ago.    he was definitely from the old school SSPX.  I pray he saved his soul and I wish to see him again someday on the other side.  God bless you Father and the positive effect you had on my older children.

I did not know Father, but this has me quite upset. He will be in my prayers and my Rosary will be said for him.
I wanted to mention something, bc I know most of us oppose the vaccine, if not all vaccines (as I have for 45 years).
Father most likely did have an underlying condition that was either not diagnosed or not well controlled. If it was T2 diabetes (which I also have), if its tightly controlled its as if its cured or reversed. I don't want anyone to worry in case they do have such conditions. If you take good care and live a healthy lifestyle you should be fine.

Sunday's sermon was a eulogy about Fr. Bormaud. It was very touching as we were informed that he was the priest in charge of [re]training every NO priest that came to the SSPX and was very orthodox.

Are you sure de la Hoya died? Not seeing anything on that at this moment
