Title: Fr de Lauriers Read Archbishop Lefebvre the riot act
Post by: Gregory I on November 08, 2015, 10:24:46 PM
Pretty interesting. http://www.traditioninaction.org/HotTopics/f045ht_Lauriers01.htm

Fr. Gerard de Lauriers writes to Archbishop Lefebvre:

"Your Excellency, we do not want this peace that sacrifices the demands of the Religion of “Sprit and Truth” (John 4: 23) for the passing satisfaction of a selfish tranquility."

Snap. Sounds familiar, no? The highest loyalty is to the Church, not personalities:

I love it.

Gosh, this is like an almost 1:1 scenario with Bishop Williamson and Bishop Fellay.

Or at least similar.

"How can you imagine that, instructed by your example, those unstable and weak people who follow you rather than the Truth could restore the sense of the true Religion in a Church occupied by the “high priests” of the god of the Universe? One cannot sit at the same table with Satan. It is Hell that is paved with these good intentions that justify the means by their end, perpetrating a manifest evil under the illusion of doing a good."

Wow.

A poster from India submitted this very article to ABLF.version 1 but it was quickly deleted and the poster banned either permanently or temporarily - I dont remember which. But GGreg onced described that forum as "insane"!
