    Fr. Pfeiffer told me on the phone that he has known Webster since the 90s. He has a double standard with him where he regards him as a Catholic despite him being sede.

    Fr. Pfeiffer (you seem to be correct, that he is not a bishop), is a hypocrite.

    He considers Webster Catholic yet calls him a heretic?  Is this another "he was baptized Catholic ergo he's valid " (same as Moran)?
    .
    The end justifies the means to Fr. Pfeiffer.
