Whoa! My “obstinacy and incomprehension,” huh? Listen, X, I don’t know you from Adam. You are a faceless, prolific contributor to the CI pages, that’s all I know about you. Yet you accuse another member of being obstinate, who will have to pay the consequences for his obstinacy. On whose authority do you say these things? BTW, sirrah, just what am I being obstinate about?

That Menzingen would sue the family of ABL, menace Avrille, but leave CI unmolested (even though Menzingen monitors CI 24 hours/day)??
What I seriously believe is that you are attempting to intimidate Matthew and CI, and are working feverishly to throw people off the scent, for reasons that contribute even further to my “incomprehension.” These sermons have got to be even a bigger issue than we thought earlier.
X: I 100% expect Matthew to receive a letter from US District legal counsel within the next 30 days.

A letter for what reason? A letter warning against Fair Use or copyright violation? Thus far, to my knowledge anyway, no one has successfully downloaded these sermons. I know I haven’t, but would do so in an instant were I able.
