Flag On The Altar

    • Maybe I shouldn't be annoyed by this but every SSPX church I've been to or seen online has 
    the flag of the GAE(gαy American Empire) prominently displayed on the altar. 
    I've been to FSSP parishes where they don't do this, nor I might add do they have a picture of Bergoglio
    anywhere in sight. 
    So, is there some reason for this in light what this flag has come to represent?

    I've seen plenty of American flags hanging in the sanctuary, usually in the corner, but I've never seen one displayed on the altar. :confused:

    I don’t remember seeing American flag on alter.  They took down the Bergolio image.  

    (They do have a couple of ashtrays connected outside the doors of the church.  Gross). Someone worshipping the cigarette god.

    Not a chance!!!!  Maybe within the sanctuary but definitely not on the altar.

    Why thumb down this?   I think it lacks charity to smoke on church property.  It’s plain rude while many people have asthma and allergies.  

     Maybe you are a sodomite?  Or a defender of the apostate Vatican?

    Why do you have to attack and call people names?  And what does charity have to do with butting out outside where it couldn't possibly bother even the most asthmatic, unless of course you're going to stand six inches in front of them for an extended period of time.  I've lived with smokers most of my life and my daughter is asthmatic so I've observed both first hand.
    Men smoke.... including many of the priests I've known and yes they put ashtrays outside the rectory and the church if the other priests in the rectory don't smoke, and some still smoke in the rectory, after all it's their home.
