    • Bishop Fellay gave a conference at OLMC in Toronto yesterday (12/28).

    The conference was 1 hour 40 minutes, during which Bishop Fellay explained his actions over the past year.

    * We need someone to post the highlights of the conference. I -- and many others -- don't have time to sit and listen to a 100-minute conference.

    * We need someone to transcribe the entire conference.

    * If you can't do either of these things, at least download the conference, listen to it, and discuss it!

    I'll volunteer for the last half hour, if that's of any help.  But I won't be able
    to start until later today.  Say at minute 1:10:00 to the end?  So we don't
    have two or more transcribing the same words at the same time in different
    parts of the world!


    FWIW this is taking my system 7 minutes to download...

    For anyone with a sense of urgency, this conference ends with +Fellay
    saying that he offers here nothing new, but that the fight goes on.  

    I'm not so sure of that, however.  There are some interesting nuances to
    be heard, and seeing the transcript will greatly assist in this.  It seems to
    me that this will be about 10 pages long when complete, that is, 5-1/2 x
    9-1/2 single spaced arial or Times New Roman in 12 point font.

    He speaks about half as fast as +Williamson, who would generate around
    20 pages in this much time.

    transcript segments in this thread, identifying the minute counter duration
    that their portion covers?

    The version I posted here is a ZIP file, so you need to open it in Windows Explorer and uncompress it.

    Windows XP does this without any extra software. Just double-click the file, and you'll see what's "inside" it.  Double-click on the file inside, and it should launch "Windows Media Player" and start playing it.

    Does that help?

    By the way -- it will take at least 7 or 8 minutes to download, even with a fast connection. When I downloaded it from the original source, it took more like 50 minutes.

    I guess, perhaps, Bishop Fellay is going to "follow" Bishop Williamson around...like Fr. Rostand (U.S.A) and Fr. Couture (Asia) "followed" around the Resistance priests.   :scratchchin:

    Correct.

    They feel the need to do damage control anywhere the resistence goes.

    Exposing BREC has really thrown them for a tizzy.
