  • I have been advised by a reliable source, that this French priest, who led the charge against ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖity in France, has been transferred from St Nicholas du Chardonnet to be the head of an autonomous house in Spain. His crime - he housed Father Faure (solid Resistance priest, former District Superior of South America) for several days. This is considered scandalous and, it would appear, a demotion.

Father Beauvais has been replaced by Father Patrick La Roque (one of the four theologians sent to Rome) who held a conference in 2012 wherein he concludes that the new Mass was not legitimately promulgated and the new Code cannot be followed. Apparently, he is now a compliant priest.

Some of this information can be confirmed here:

  • .

The many priests, priors, district superiors, pastors, missionaries,
confessors, parish priests of the ExSPX are as so many game
pieces on a play board, things to be played with.

They're moved around just for fun, to see what will happen.

The entities in control of the levers of power of the ExSPX
are infantile and unqualified dufuses who should be replaced.

They are making a mockery of what ABL left behind when
he died, and they have the temerity to stand on his grave
    and proclaim their insolence.

  • Neil, I have no reason to suspect that your suggestion is valid. I will admit that these days, nothing can be ruled out. I would not feel comfortable hypothesizing this without proof. I think it is sufficient to display generosity towards resistance priests to be sanctioned.

  • Some years ago I was getting reports that S Nicolas was under siege not from the mainstream but from Menzingen who wanted Fr. Beauvais out. As usual I was ridiculed on Ignis Ardens for bringing it up. All was perfect unity at that time! Menzingen's man will now turn this prize parish into a beacon of reconciliation!

  • Neil,

Did you mean a type of "litmus test" of tolerance among voting members?

  • and "avec l'immaculee". Perfectly well explained about this Father La Roque. And, BTW, nothing to do with Father Faure. Father Beauvais thought since years ago he could remain "atrincherado" in Saint Nicholas. Silliest thing I ever heard. As if we were not dealing with Satanas and trillions of demons focused on +W and the remnant priests and laity.

No it is not true. It is, quite simply, a complete fabrication. You join Neil in mortal sin by repeating the accusation.

Repeat a lie often enough and it will become the truth, as Goebbels would say. The resistance appears to be following the same pattern.

  •  :whistleblower:Neil-  Bp. W. called for the scattered sheep to have charity.  Without evidence, it is wrong to accuse anyone of being a pervert, much less a large number of priests and bishops.  If you meant your comment as a joke, it isn't funny.  People's lives have been ruined by idle words and "jokes." Wouldn't you be outraged if someone implied this horrid sin of Bp. W. or Fr. Pfeiffer?  We all have enough real sins, failings, and weaknesses to overcome without starting the rumor-mill churning.
I think you owe a retraction and sincere apology. Usually, I enjoy your thoughts, but this one had been better left without voice.  Nothing personal; many times I've had to "insert-foot" after "opening-mouth."  If you down-thumb me, I won't reciprocate.  Please pray to Our Lady before hitting the submit button.
    Yours,
    Frances.
St. Francis Xavier threw a Crucifix into the sea, at once calming the waves.  Upon reaching the shore, the Crucifix was returned to him by a crab with a curious cross pattern on its shell.

  • I seriously, seriously hope that people can have more charity than that. Brainglitch and Frances are 100% right. What's more, if we make baseless accusations like this we will discredit ourselves faster than a knife fight in a phone booth.

Please- for the sake of charity and the resistance- don't make these sorts of illogical connections again.

  • I agree with s2srea, brainglitch, and Frances that Neil's accusation was uncalled for.

However, I must say that brainglitch's claim that the Resistance "will stop at nothing to destroy Bishop Fellay" is silly. Please keep the anti-Resistance rants on the other forum you're a member of, brainglitch.
Please ignore ALL of my posts. I was naive during my time posting on this forum and didn’t know any better. I retract and deeply regret any and all uncharitable or erroneous statements I ever made here.

  • Fr Beauvais and an SSPX brother were attacked and beaten by French riot police at a demonstration against ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ marriage in Paris.

The climate in France right now is evil.  Prominent critics of ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ marriage are receiving death threats and there have been attacks and stabbings.

It's just as likely that the SSPX are moving Fr Beauvais out of France to keep him safe.  A wonderful priest and very much respected, he's no critic of Menzingen.

  • Here's Fr Beauvais standing up to the French state and demanding the return of the priest taken by the riot police:
