    • Concerning Father Rostand's visit to Carson City Nevada last week, it was further reported that during the Question & Answer session with the faithful, Father pulled a tape-recorder out of his pocket.

    It was after receiving a question Father didn't like:
    Why did Bp. Fellay ban +ABL's 238 Sermons?

    Brandishing the tape-recorder is a lawyer's technique to intimidate
    adversaries with the threat of a lawsuit.

    Was Father trying to capture the conversation for evidence in a legal action for those who dared to read +ABL's sermons?  OR was it to prove his ridiculous statements that sedes had infiltrated the SSPX ?

    In either case, its pathetic when the District Superior visits his chapels packing a tape-recorder with which to ensnare the faithful.

    • Let him come into Court with a Lawsuit against someone...

    The American Court system has run out of patience with the Brown Shirts, Whitened Sepulcher Pharisees, and Bishop Fellay's Office Help.

    He is carrying the recorder around since our conversation at the Ordinations.

    He does not need the recorder; I will say the same thing anywhere without a recorder.

    The Truth will out.

    Recorder or no recorder.

    This is why we shouldn't talk to these people, because they are stone-hearted and malignant, and engaging in bad faith practices like recording conversations so as to intimidate those who say yes when they mean yes and no when they mean no.
