Just saw this post re-re-retweeted and remembered seeing the name here. FYI, if it's the same Fr. Marshall Roberts, elsewhere on his Twitter, he says that "home" is Kentucky:

It looks like I will have to be moving soon. Are there any of the faithful who can take in a priest, who can in turn provide the traditional Mass daily? I am in Texas but am hoping for somewhere at least in the South.
