It would be nice to see the thoughts of the two dissenters, and what exactly they disagreed with.  :detective:

Hey -- I just realized, H.E. would have written a different EC this week if the new
appointment for CDF (Muller) had been announced first. As it is, B16 probably
waited for this EC to come out so he could have at least one week of peace
(during which time the Econe retreat stuff is going on) before the GC starts!
