    I should have checked Queen of Angels facebook website before posting the above report from a day or two ago.  Now it is saying that his cancer has returned from remission.  Keep up your prayers for him.

    • Fr. Cooper used to offer Mass at the SSPX Middle Tennessee chapel when I was a kid. Everybody always liked him a lot. I would like to hear that he recovers.

    Fr. Cooper was for many years a good Catholic priest in Veneta, Oregon.  His highly informative sermons and lectures have benefited the St. Thomas Becket Mission and myself much over the years.  Please allow me to add my belated prayers for his recovery as well.

    • Father Cooper was the only priest to come out late at night to give my husband last rites.  It was the holiest moment standing there with my husband and him before he heard his confession.  We all wept and prayed.  I'll never forget what he did for us that day.
