Could you please take some refresher classes in reading comprehension?  At no point is the term limited to "spiritual matters", but the distinction is between personal matters and matters related to their office.  Property can be related to the office ... if it's ecclesiastical property but not if it's personal property.  If the bishop inherits a house from his parents, that's personal, and someone could sue a cleric over it without incurring the penalty.  Property such as churches, schools, rectories etc. ... that pertain to the exercise of his duties as Bishop ... they are covered under this Canon.  Has nothing to do with "spiritual", fool.

Always remember what the actual purpose of Tradition is: to make sure you're still Catholic when this Crisis is all over.

Sure, worshipping and believing like a Lutheran would represent a loss of the Faith.
But so would adopting an end-times cult, thinking you're one of a few hundred remaining Catholics, thinking you alone have the truth, most Popes in the past were invalid, and completely rejecting the doctrine of Church and Papal infallibility. That would ALSO represent a loss of the Faith.
It doesn't bother you that even most fellow sedevacantists think you're crazy (about Pius XII)?

Canon 2341 applies to the episcopal office itself, not to a specific diocese or titular see

Pope Pius XII compromised on the Liturgy and +ABL knew it and he knew his seminarians, Father Jenkins, et al. would not accept the 1962 Missal so he planned to expel them from Econe... to keep up relations with Rome.  

Your broach of topic on, "What sedes believe" is quite interesting.   I suggest you take a poll to learn what all the sedes on Cathinfo believe.  We might find some astonishing results.

Lastly, when you and Trento have some time on your hands, you should listen to Father Hesse's analysis of Pius XII's pontificate.  It's very troubling and if you can refute any of his charges, it may bolster the search for the truth on when modernism infiltrated the Vatican.
