You'll notice that all the issues with the Conciliar Catechism relate to EENS.  And the reason SSPX doesn't recognize the problem is that they have a defective theology regarding EENS themselves.  In fact, few Traditional Catholics do not.

If it weren't for EENS-related issues, I would not have any theological objection to Vatican II.  If one believes, as Archbishop Lefebvre did, that non-Catholics, Muslims, Hindus in Tibet (+Fellay's expression) can be saved, then there's zero problem with V2 theology.

Major:  There's no salvation outside the Church.
Minor:  Hindus, Muslims, Jews etc. can be saved.
Conclusion:  Hindus, Muslims, Jews etc. can be in the Church.
