Ok, yes. But when I say SP was an expansion of the indult, i was talking about having the same conditions, which is the acceptance of the new mass. Sorry for not being clear.
We (my siblings and I) first experienced the Traditional Mass through the Indult ... with a very orthodox pre-Vatican-II-ordained priest. In the Cleveland diocese, the bishop laid out the stipulation that only old people (I get the exact age cut-off, but it was pretty high) could assist at the Mass. To make the point, it was held in the chapel of a Catholic nursing home. But my Mom and Dad took us all any way. In any case, the priest, Father Kilcoyne, told us that the bishop had asked him whether there were any young people there, and that he told the bishop that he didn't know because he couldn't see who was there given that he had his back to the people the entire time (the usual slam against the Tridentine Mass back in the day).
