This part sounds like he's saying that no Novus Ordo cleric has jurisdiction:

we who do not have the excuse of ignorance or necessity, must not approach novus ordo authorities for acts of jurisdiction.

Perhaps that is Fr. Chazal's practical take on 'sedeimpoundism' as Lad calls it. This seems to be a clear difference from the classic R&R position, that Novus Ordo clergy have the authority, but misuses the authority to destroy rather than to help in the propagation of the Catholic Faith.

Father also mentioned about some sparks in France. Is there a problem in the SAJM?
