+Vigano has published an excellent Christmas Message, available here:
https://www.lifesitenews.com/opinion/abp-viganos-christmas-2021-message/?utm_source=top_news&utm_campaign=usa It is prefaced by this passage from the Martyrology for December 25, which begins:
"The Twenty-fifth Day of December,
when ages beyond number had run their course from the creation of the world, when God in the beginning created heaven and earth, and formed man in his own likeness..."
Unfortunately, that passage comes from the modernist/conciliar revision of the Martyrology (see here:
https://www.usccb.org/prayer-and-worship/liturgical-year-and-calendar/christmas/christmas-proclamation )
The traditional Martyrology for December 25 begins:
"In the year
five-thousand one-hundred and ninety-nine from the creation of the world, when in the beginning God created the heavens and the earth..."
https://driftlesscatholic.wordpress.com/2016/12/25/the-traditional-proclamation-of-christmas-from-the-roman-martyrology/ The difference, obviously, is that the modernist rendition has moved away from the traditional acceptance of a young earth (and a literal interpretation of Scripture, in favor of rationalist a "higher criticism").
Given the newness of +Vigano's rejection of conciliarism (with most of that time being preoccupied with the Plannedemic farce), I'm guessing he simply is not fully aware of the extent and substance of the changes to the new Breviary/Martyrology.
He has rejected the new Mass, conciliar church, and Vatican II. That's a fantastic start in only 3+ years. It's these more hidden details that will get worked out in due time.
Jesus and Mary once walked the earth, but since then, none have been perfect.
