I am taken by surprise. I wasn't expecting another so soon and I hope it isn't a reflection of poor health on the part of +Williamson or +Faure, though I know they are older. It has raised a few contradictory emotions for me. Happiness but also fear for some reason, I couldn't tell you why. We have precious few good bishops, I am praying God confirms them in grace.

I'm not surprised. He'd made the comment in Canada about Bishops "popping up like mushrooms" and he also believes, like GerardFE, that there should be a suitable bishop for every geographic region in the event that international travel becomes increasingly difficult.
