Whether or not a priest's accent allows him to be understandable is practically insignificant compared to the problem of putting CONTROL of the chapel at a point of higher priority than the practice of the Faith, when it is this CONTROL that is being used under the false guise of "obedience" even though it has only to do with political topics, or emotional themes, or subjective interpretation of what little news escapes from what has been going on at the upper levels of management in the Society.
