I think some people, particularly the more "lukewarm" of Trads -- the ones who are Trads in name only -- forget that the Trad movement has always been about:

* disobeying unjust orders
* keeping the faith
* leaving the Conciliar Church structures to avoid contagion and loss of Faith
* seeking true (valid, sure) priests and Masses, sacraments
* forming a Resistance against the Modernist contagion.

For anyone used to being a Traditional Catholic for years, the life of a "Resistance faithful" will fit them like a glove.

However, anyone used to comfort and convenience (the SSPX has some pretty luxurious "lifeboats" these days -- you might even mistake them for the original ship!) might find such a life untenable.
