This is a very poor recording.

Most sentences are not intelligible.

The volume is too low, there are noises of someone holding the mic,
and noises from the audience coughing. There is a distortion due to too
much distance from speaker to his mic, like in a barrell.

All of this can be fixed by using a REMOTE MICROPHONE. Keep the mic
within 2 feet, and the recorder can be 20 feet away, no problem.

Neil, I have refined the recording and it's louder and clearer now. Will post it on youtube tomorrow.
