Yes, in his latest sermon (from Sunday) the brave Fr. Joseph Pfeiffer states that the Family Pfeiffer ranch --  -- will be the new homestead of four of the five signing priests. From this base they're going to travel to the faithful who ask for them :
    - Fr. Joseph Pfeiffer
    - Fr. François Chazal
    - Fr. David Hewko
    - Fr. Richard Voigt

So including Fr. Hewko. Smart move! So he can't be transferred for disciplinary reasons by the conciliar Fr Rostand anymore because he already moved.

The fifth signing priest, the independent Fr. Ronald Ringrose will continue to look after his -- independent? -- chapel St. Athanasius in US-Vienna.

Ok that's more up-to-date than what I knew. A few weeks back he had told a friend, who told us -- so it was secondhand -- that he was going to Chicago.

The information is in the first 10 minutes of the linked Fr. Pfeiffer sermon from last Sunday, 12th August 2012.

Could some native English-speaker please listen to these first 10 minutes of the sermon and write the short information about the homestead of these four priests down, and then post it here? To make sure I didn't misunderstand it. Thank you.

I think you essentially got it, Ethelred.  A very quick, obviously not good editing/punctuation etc. transcription of that part:

    Quote
2:30 And on this Sunday, we reopen as a regular chapel here our lady of mt carmel in boston ky ...we reopen this chapel  as a regular chapel here we hope to have regular masses here, but there are people calling for us all over the world to come & give them the mass and the sacraments there will be 4 priests that should be stationed here in OLofMC, which would be myself Fr. Joseph Pfeiffer , Fr. David Hewko, Fr. Richard Voigt and Fr. Chazal .
But We will not be here at all times.  The priests will be travelling.  Many people are calling and asking us to come and Minister to them Because of the Various persecutions & difficulties they are experiencing at this time.   We will continue the work of catholic tradition the work that we have done since we were ordained priests

I don't know that the Pfeiffer family has an actual ranch(?), but in any case, they've had a chapel there at their home for years.  They had taken care of a good old Irish (American born, I think) priest, Fr. Hannifin, who kept Tradition.  The Frs. Pfeiffer were also formed in part by knowing Fr. Urban Snyder, a Cistercian priest.

  • Footnote about the author, Fr. Timothy Pfeiffer, from the article about Fr. Hannifin I linked to above.

    Quote
Fr. John Timothy Pfeiffer was born in Miami, Florida, in 1965 and raised in Kentucky. When his family began attending Mass at St. Michael's in Fairfield, KY, in 1970, he became one of Fr. Hannifin's altar boys. The Pfeiffer family moved into the country in 1974, and at the same time Fr. Hannifin retired from the Diocese, built the Chapel of Our Lady of Mount Carmel on their property and took up residence there. Fr. Timothy and his brother Fr. Joseph Pfeiffer were both sponsored through the seminary by Fr. Hannifin. He was ordained on June 24th, 1989, ...

  • I transcribed this for a friend on Sunday - the first part of Fr. Pfeiffer's sermon with particulars about their situation.

The 5 priests who are living at Our Lady of Mount Carmel in
    Boston, KY.

    Fr. Joseph Pfeiffer
    Fr. Francios Chazal
    Fr. Richard Voigt
    Fr. David Hewko

Fr. Ronald Ringrose was the host of the priest meeting 8/9/2012

    Eleventh Sunday after Pentecost.
This last week there was a meeting of priests in Vienna, Virginia.  At the beginning there were going to be many priests at this meeting, but at the end there were only 5 of us at the meeting in Vienna, VA.  There was Fr. Ringrose, who hosted us at his chapel, St. Athanasius, and then Fr. Richard Voigt, who was a Silesian priest who was with my brother in Syracuse NY. for many years, then Fr. David Hewko, and Fr. Francios Chazal.

At the meeting we began a formation of a resistance against the present neo-direction of the neo-SSPX , which has decided, determined and approved officially at the July 14, 2012 Chapter of the SSPX the conditions of a putting itself under Rome.  Which means in principle the SSPX has accepted to go against Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre and place ourselves under modernist Rome.  So we cannot accept this.  And also, each of us priests has been commanded that we must be silent and cannot preach against the agreement, or against compromise, and that we are required to be silent in all those things that may be perceived as against the present direction of the Superior General. And so we cannot do that because this direction is against the direction of the SSPX and all of Catholic Tradition for the last 40 years.  And so we have produced a declaration which was sent out to our superiors and also to the world on August the 10th concerning our present situation and the declaration concerning the present crisis within the SSPX.

And on this Sunday, we re-open here as a regular chapel Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Boston, KY.  We hope to have regular Masses here, but there are people calling for us all over the world to come and give them the Mass and the sacraments.  There are 4 priests that should be stationed here in Our Lady of Mount Carmel which will be myself, Fr. Francois Chazal.  But we will not be here at all times.  The priests will be traveling, and many people are calling for us to come and minister to them because of the various persecutions and difficulties that they are experiencing at this time.  So we will continue the work that we were required to do as members of the SSPX , and as priests of the SSPX, and of Catholic Tradition.  The work that we have done formerly since we were ordained to the priesthood formerly with the permission and approval of  our superiors, but now we do the same work but our superiors have turned against it.  So as our superiors have turned against it, we must continue along the line of Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre.  And so we begin this work after the meeting of a couple days ago at Washington DC.

Many priests are supporting us from the outside, many priests are saying they are happy with what we are doing, and that they appreciate it, but that at this time they are not ready for various reasons to participate in one way or another; because of the gray area in which we partly find ourselves today.  One day we are warning against an agreement with Rome, that this agreement is coming.  We have been aiming in the direction of the agreement for a tleast 12 years, and this agreement is coming soon.  It was announced at the general chapter that we have accepted the principle that there can be an agreement and the general chapter of 40 priests approved of that principle, and they approved of the conditions.  And none of those conditions are the conditions laid down by Archbishop Lefebvre (of which the primary condition is that Rome convert to the Catholic faith).  This condition is no longer present in the conditions and this is a principle condition for all of us in the fight for Tradition.  That’s why we have this chapel here established in 1973 because we must stand firm in the faith and we must maintain that faith until such time as Rome comes back to her senses.  And so we maintain that fight which is not only the fight of Archbishop Lefebvre, but also the fight of all Traditional priests and faithful throughout the world.  So, our base will be here in Boston Kentucky, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Chapel.

Joseph Pfeiffer were both sponsored through the seminary by Fr. Hannifin. He was ordained on June 24th, 1989, ...

That's an interesting page to read. Here is the section on Fr. Hannifin's mentor, Fr.
LaCouture, who exhibits instincts similar to Archbishop Lefebvre:

On the clergy side of things, Father always tended to associate with priests who were more inclined to seek after perfection. Fellow priests labeled Fr. Brown and Fr. Hannifin "the twins" because together they made a pair who were aspiring to fulfill the apostolic lessons of the great Canadian apostle of the clergy, Fr. LaCouture.

Fr. LaCouture was a French-Canadian priest who had done some studies in the US and so was familiar with a broad spectrum of the clergy. He was a man who had learned what the priesthood meant while on a lonely assignment in Alaska. He also preached the Ignatian Retreats with great zeal almost uniquely to clergy and religious during the late '40's and '50's. His fiery preaching to a clergy somewhat annoyed at the practical effects of the evangelical counsels got him sent away to serve the Indians in Northeastern Canada where he died sometime before the Council. Before his exile he had prophesied to the worldly clergy of his day that they would abandon their cassocks and find their churches empty in less than 20 years. His retreats in Pittsburgh drew Fr. Hannifin and Fr. Brown, and together they made a sort of society of friendship in which they tried to put into practice the teachings of Fr. LaCouture. No doubt that Father's endless generosity and freedom with his material goods was a direct result of his effort to practice the evangelical counsels in parish life. Fr. Hannifin most certainly fulfilled the prophesy of Fr. LaCouture, who always promised the clergy that they would never lack for anything if they were faithful and generous with regard to Lady Poverty.

(Caption under photo: Fr. Hannifin performed the marriage of his younger cousin, Helen, about one year after his ordination, February 16, 1946, in Hartford, CT.]

Father drew his first pastorship at St. Michael's in Fairfield, KY, starting there in 1961. When the Council opened in 1962 and closed in 1965, the Archdiocese organized deanery meetings in order to bring everyone up to speed. His first deanery meeting left Father disgusted and he never went back. While he didn't spend much time belaboring a theological argument, his instinct of faith enabled him to diagnose the problem and avoid the changes. Father remained firm in his attachment to the Traditional Mass and with the support of some faithful Catholics, St. Michael's became a center of attraction for those who wanted to stay faithful to the old Mass.

Shortly after Father's 25th anniversary, which took place in 1970 as the post-Conciliar revolution was gaining steam, Father sensed danger in the air and with his practical sagacity bought a mobile home. He understood that he was not going to follow the new direction the Churchmen were taking and he wanted to be ready to move out when the time came. That time wasn't long in coming. Shortly thereafter the bishop hinted at and prepared his transfer. Father knew that this was a move to dislodge the geographical monument to the old Mass that St. Michael's was becoming, and he could see that his fidelity to the Mass would only mean more and more transfers. Accordingly, being over 60, he opted to retire and did so retaining all his privileges.

The inevitable was to be expected; a priest, public man that he is, does not do things for himself alone and whither he goes, be it for good or for ill, he leads people along after him. And so Fr. Hannifin saw Providence guide him to a private farm upon which he parked his trailer and built a chapel on a little hill in Boston, KY. He named the chapel and the hill Our Lady of Mount Carmel, and the first Mass was said in the unfinished structure on bare floors on July 16, 1972.

....And that was the beginning of the Pfeiffers' home chapel.............

Fr. Hannifin, the Pfeiffer family, and Raymond and Helen Graft,
the Old Guard choir finishing the usual long donut period after
Sunday Mass. Choir duty necessitates long refreshment periods
after Mass. Photo from the 1970's with the old chapel in the
    background.

A question we always ask the old-timers who have held the Faith is: "How did you do it?" And then we wait expectantly with notebook in hand for the answer that, like a magic potion, will keep us like them immune from falling away from the Faith and becoming ourselves cooperators in the universal evil. Some of the old-timers I've known have said: "I asked myself that too, and I chalk it up strictly to the grace of God. So many men I've seen better than me in the seminary and yet here I am and there they are." For his part Fr. Hannifin said: "I don't know." But then he would also say: "I don't know why they can't see it!"

Preaching, preaching, and more preaching. Anyone
trained by listening to Father's sermons considered a
45 minute sermon a short homily. Here he is in perfect
    form at his 50th.

Praying the Office for the Dead for Fr. Hannifin are (left to right),
Frs. Timothy Pfeiffer, Joseph Pfeiffer, and Steven Soos.

Old Pastors are hard to replace and they can easily be forgotten. Father often would say that no one is more forgotten than a deceased priest. Though he passed away on January 15, 2001, let us not forget him.

(I would recommend that someone who knows how should download the entire
article and photos, because since it's part of Angelus website, it might not be too
long before these "obsolete" articles are deleted.... Just a hunch -- remember
Fr. LaCouture! "Father sensed danger in the air." They have "scrubbed"
other things recently, under the apparent direction of +Fellay.)

The story of Fr. Hannifin is a very moving story. I'm so grateful for having been
introduced, albeit remotely. These things were going on when I was 3,000 miles
away, and I had no idea at the time. Better late than never! Much obliged!

So, now they are the members of this new organization, a united corps of priests. What is the name of this organization?
    How do we call them?

    Anyway I will support them.

  • I find it rather significant that the same thing that happened to the Fatima Movement
in 1962 is starting to happen to the SSPX in 2012, 60 years later.

    Quote from: J Paul
    TODAY'S SITUATION...

    10. There is a replacement of the original Fatima solution, which is the consecration of Russia by the pope united with the bishops, by a belief that the SSPX can negotiate Modernist Rome back to the Catholic Faith.

At the start of Vatican II, the Pope basically refused to do the easy thing, which
would have been to conduct the Consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of
Mary together with all the bishops of the world, because they were all together in
the Basilica of St. Peter in Rome. He openly proclaimed that he would now rely
on the mercy of God, instead of condemning error. And for the first time in the
history of the Church, an oecuмenical council was called FOR NO GOOD REASON.
In the past, it was always to CONDEMN ERROR that a general council was called.

But not this time. This time they would pretend that there was no error to condemn.
The ERRORS OF RUSSIA (in the words of Our Lady, who is infallible in her judgments
because she is in perfect harmony with the judgment of God!) would not only be
left to fester worldwide (in fulfillment of Her prophesy!) but they would be de facto
denied to even exist in the first place. Not only that, the ERRORS OF RUSSIA would
be imported into the Vatican wholesale, like a drop-shipment from FedEx.

In 1962 John XXIII was wont to rely on the ability of MAN to "negotiate" with Russia
and/or with any of the forces outside the Church that are bent on her destruction.
He fairly set aside the grace of God as proffered in the Message of Fatima, and he
did this without providing us any clue as to where he was getting this corrupted
concept of denial. When he read the Third Secret, he said to those witnesses
assembled before him, "This is not for Our Pontificate." The single, greatest threat
to the Church ever, Communism, was ignored, while that SHOULD have been the
purpose of calling Vatican II in the first place! The Vicar of Christ was openly
committing blasphemy against the Mother of God.

Today, the SSPX is doing the same thing, only this time, it's Rome (instead of
Communism) that is the villain, inasmuch as Rome needs to be returned to the
Catholic Faith. But it is the same mistake: THE POPE AND BISHOPS NOT
CONSECRATING RUSSIA TO THE IMMACULATE HEART OF MARY.

    Some things never change!

  • If blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven in this world, neither in
the world to come, in the words of Christ, do you suppose then, the Holy Ghost is
going to sit by, silently, while His Spouse is blasphemed by the Vicar of Christ?

And if the Holy Ghost would not fail to defend the honor of His Spouse against the
Vicar of Christ, would the Holy Ghost fail to defend the honor of His Spouse against
the Superior General of the SSPX?

It has taken 60 years so far, since John XXIII stupidly showed public contempt for the
Message of Fatima. How long will it take after +Fellay stupidly rises to the occasion?

Is +Fellay going to persist in his conspicuous temptation of God Almighty?

Is he just going to wait for "the other shoe to fall?"

Exurge, Domine.......... In Te, Domine, speravi. Non confundar in aeternum.

  • Re-reading this thread today, it occurs to me that the reason the Vatican
has been digging away at +Fellay to urge him to take "certain steps" so as
to facilitate a regularization is, that the apparachiks in Rome are terrified
of the effects of the Rosary Crusade that +Fellay undertook starting about
4 years ago.  Do you remember?  The intention, worldwide, was for the
Pope to Consecrate Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, on one special
day, together with all the bishops of the world.  Very simple thing.  This has
been the verified and acknowledged request of Our Lady of Fatima, standing
as She did in the presence of the Blessed Trinity, in the single most
profoundly sublime manifestation of the Triune God in the history of the world.

What could be more remarkable for one person to see, to lend urgency and
emphasis on the request being made?  I can't think of anything.  Maybe your
imagination is better than mine, so if you can think of something, you're more
than welcome to post it here, post-haste (no pun intended).

The masonic facilitators of the Vatican are terrified of the effects of tens of
millions of Rosaries, because they are going to WORK.  And the one thing that
these masonic facilitators cannot tolerate is for the Rosaries to work, and
for the Pope to consecrate Russia as described above.  The devil only has a
few weapons to use that are left, and he is most powerless against the
prayers of the Rosary, so what does he do?  He attempts, as a last-ditch
effort, to draw +Fellay into his spider web of deceit, by tantelizing him with
incentives to make a regularization, and thereby to tempt him to cease this
interminable Rosary Crusade before it WORKS
.  If it is not stopped, it can only
result in a successful Collegial Consecration of Russia, and that is the one
prospect by which the devil can never abide!  For it would spell his DOOM in
the present worldwide cesspool of sin and apostasy.

    This MUST BE THE ANSWER.

So what can we do about it?

I would say the obvious thing, would be for all the traditional priests to come
together with a new crusade.  Bishop Williamson should take the lead.  Frs.
Pfeiffer and Chazal and Ringrose et. al. should rise up to the challenge,
together with all the independent priests as well; they should all call on their
listeners and faithful to start keeping track of their Rosaries offered with the
intention of the Pope and Bishops of the world consecrating Russia, by name,
to the Immaculate Heart of Mary on one special day, in a solemn, public
ceremony for all the world to see.  It absolutely must be in the open so there
can be no denying that it happened.

We can all pick up on this
    where +Fellay dropped the ball.

Meanwhile, as the Rosaries are being prayed, an opinion poll can be taken,
inside of Russia, asking people at random on the streets, if they think that the
Russian Orthodox, would be offended if Benedict XVI in Rome would join with
the world's bishops to consecrate Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, the
Mother of God.  I get the feeling that it would go over very well to add the
phrase "Mother of God" to the poll question, because the Orthodox of all stripes
are extremely attached to that phrase, so it evokes a powerful and positive
reaction from them.  I fully expect that the results of the poll would be
overwhelmingly positive, that the Russian Orthodox would consider it a great
honor and blessing for the Pope to make this Collegial Consecration of Russia.

I find it rather significant that the same thing that happened to the Fatima Movement
in 1962 is starting to happen to the SSPX in 2012, 60 years later.

BTW, sedevacantist comments are welcome, if they want to join in the Rosary
Crusade, their prayers are most helpful to the cause.

Footnote about the author, Fr.

Old Pastors are hard to replace and they can easily be forgotten. Father often would say that no one is more forgotten than a deceased priest. Though he passed away on January 15, 2001, let us not forget him.

(I would recommend that someone who knows how should download the entire article and photos, because since it's part of Angelus website, it might not be too long before these "obsolete" articles are deleted.... ...)

The story of Fr. Hannifin is a very moving story. I'm so grateful for having been introduced, albeit remotely. These things were going on when I was 3,000 miles away, and I had no idea at the time. Better late than never! Much obliged!

Article is now here, although the pictures are still tied to the Angelus website.  If someone wants to take the time to upload them here for posterity, that would be appreciated.
