Why would Suarez be lured out of SSPX, sent to study Canon Law, and then "consecrated"?  One would normally think that a former SSPX priest would be taken back but not given any position of authority or prominence, unless they they had some sinister plans for him.

It's interesting that, according to the link, Suarez had some differences with Pagliarani (allegedly) but then went back to Rome with the blessings of Pagliarani?  If that was the case, then suspicion also falls on Pagliarani as an accomplice in Bergoglio's designs for the SSPX.
