Why is it we never hear about reprisals and terror bombings committed by the "allies"? Whose allies? the Banksters. Priebke may be a true saint if you think about his life post war. He made amends, he endured imprisonment, he kept his faith, he had absolution.

It gives a very detailed account of the whole incident, some important details of Priebke's life, and the basis of the Society's decision to celebrate a Mass for him. The account of its thinking is quite inspiring, and the attitude of the Church authorities quite scandalous.

It shouldn't really require justification. A person's desiring a priest or to die with the sacraments is sufficient to remit any penalty they have incurred by virtue of being a public sinner or any other crime that would normally require ecclesiastical burial to be withheld. It's that simple.

I have mixed sentiments on this whole affair.

On the one hand, the Italian District acted admirably in doing their duty despite stout organized opposition to an unpopular (but admirable) Catholic man.

On the other hand, we read this:

Q. 9. Other commentators, who obviously were poorly informed, likened your decision to the positions of Bishop Richard Williamson or of Fr. Floriano Abrahamowicz. What can you tell us on this subject?

A. As the District Superior of the Society of St. Pius X in Italy, I have to make it clear that both Bishop Williamson and Fr. Floriano Abrahamowicz were expelled from our Society precisely because some of their positions are incompatible with the vocation of the Society.

Many of the deaths in the camps towards the end of the war was
starvation caused by the Allied bombing of the trains and convoys
carrying foods to the inmates at the camps.
There was no discussion of the so called h0Ɩ0cαųst in my years in
school from the 1950's to the 1970's.
