Dr. David Allen White: speaker with In Spirit of Chartres committee and he was or still is of the Naval academy once said about a decade ago: He loved the home schooler, they were prepared while those coming from the public needed a reading remedial class before the school could teach them.  Dr. David Allen white will tell you just the way it is.  I love listening to his talks, they are just fantastic!! He said the kids would learn better at home playing cards then to go to public school, if you get what he is trying to say!
