As the thread grows, it becomes cuмbersome for readers to scroll through multiple pages to what has been covered, and what has not, or to locate specific posts.

Consequently, Matthew suggested I create a Table of Contents, which has been posted above.

I apologize for the formatting, as there seems to be some incompatibility between the Word doc and the forum software, but it seems still to be quite usable.

I will leave it to Matthew's discretion whether or not it should be appended to the OP of the CCCC thread.

Periodically, I will update the Table of Contents.

It would be fantastic if someone with the know how could put together a small book or pamphlet with those headings and maybe a paragraph from where they were used with a tad more info. The headings by themselves say an awfully lot about the present situation we find ourselves in.
