    Those who have followed us since our beginnings know that the Saint Ignace house in Lourdes is of particular importance. It was here that our first action took place in the summer of 2022, by delivering a letter to Father Patrick Groche. The latter is the perpetrator of rapes of minors in Gabon and France, facts to which he has admitted. He has never been troubled by the courts.

    Two years later, several sources confirm to us that Father Groche continues to live peaceful days in Lourdes, far from the dozens of lives he has shattered. This is why we have chosen to carry out a new action there with the support of Mouv’Enfants, a movement fighting against all forms of violence against children and adolescents. A shock action to denounce the impunity enjoyed by pedocriminals.

    As a reminder, the Saint-Ignace house is one of the places where the Society of Saint Pius X hides its predators and other problematic priests. We estimate their number at 70, or 10% of the SSPX's workforce worldwide. These places can be located in France, such as the contemplative house of Montgardin where Father Arnaud Rostand was arrested, sentenced this week to one year in prison for sɛҳuąƖ assault on 7 minors. They exist elsewhere. Did you know that Groche and Rostand were both refugees at the same time at the Saint Joseph house, located near Montreal in Canada? Saint- Césaire.? (2019?)

    Our action was picked up by several media outlets in the South-West of France. The opportunity to recall that the Society of Saint Pius X covers up the predators within it. Miracle of Lourdes, the person in charge of the place, Father Jacques Laguérie, leaves as we begin to speak. When questioned, he flees. Before returning to the place through another entrance and filming us hidden behind a window (images on the Mouv’Enfants Instagram account).
    Heart of stone? Man overwhelmed by events? No. Cog in a system that sets up a terrible code of silence. The files multiply. Links connect them. At his window, we question him about the school where he was the director. Not a word. Five days later, a priest who officiated there under his direction is questioned for rape. We knew it. They deny it. Lost sheep or malicious shepherds?

    The authorities of the Society of Saint Pius X will not change. However, we can change mentalities. Denounce, raise awareness, alert, protect. Believe the victims. Support them. Rebuild. We extend our thanks to Mouv’Enfants and to those who have trusted us for two years. The fight continues and is not about to stop. New actions are in preparation.

    Dear Twice dyed,
    Thank you for this update.  Could you address a revelation in the video, "Black Trads Matter" at 16:38, that Fr. Karl Stehlin and Fr. Loic Duverger were sent to Gabon and assisted Fr. Groche by bringing boys to his room.  Fr. Stehlin was in Gabon from 1986-1995.  Did he ever attempt to investigate if children were being abused?  Did he report any concerns to his superior? 

    Fr. Karl Stehlin is now District Superior in Poland, where the SSPX chapels are multiplying on a large scale.  He has stated that it would be a sacrilege to conditionally ordain any novus ordo priest, no matter his formation or lack thereof, or his ordination rite, or the bishop ordaining him.  Doubtful sacraments? 

     Has anyone ever asked him about the abuse victims in Gabon or what he knows about the abuses committed by Fr. Groche?

    Did he really use the word "any"? Because if he did that would contradict the SSPX position of conditionally ordaining only when there is a positive doubt.

    I do not see how that differs from the teaching that we can be used as instruments by Our Lord and Our Lady.
