The OP video's sound track is a bugle properly playing Taps. It's not a Mexican bugler BTW.

The rest is junk. Some Mexican military drum and bugle corps playing a really BAD version of some stuff.
The drums are not together, the bugles are (typically) out of tune, and do not use proper embouchure for tone placement.

The cover photo in the second video is a series of welds over a large diameter pipe. The beads are excellent.
Moral of the story: a good welder not necessarily means a good seminary administrator.
